<span style="font-size: large;">I am so happy!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">The one thing that really ticks me off about myself, while i'm working out, is that I didn't do this sooner.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">If I would have started eating healthier and exercising a year ago, I would be working off baby weight. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Instead, I am doing it a year later and am working off an additional 10 lbs!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">So frustrating!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">But, you have to start somewhere, and I'm glad I finally decided now is the time.</span><br />

We learned its a waste to juice a banana, and its better to throw a whole fruit/veggies in, instead of cutting it up smaller. {so it doesn't throw itself out}<br />
Then we decided to make our juice into a smoothly because the girls really like banana's.<br />
I used the juice, ice cubes, a few bananas and 1-6 oz container of chobabi yogurt.<br />
It was REALLY good!<br />
