Tonight was her turn to cook and she used 1/2 regular noodles and 1/2 whole wheat.
I'm not sure what's in the sauce but its AH-MAZING and the whole wheat pasta HAS to make it healthier than what we've been doing!
Right?!
I guess you could say we are moving into this "eating healthier" thing slowly.
We wouldn't want to freak out the mr's or the kiddo's too quickly, right?
Small and slow tweaks have to eventually lead to great changes... at least that's what I hope.
