This is definitely something I struggle with!
I go to bed late, and get up late!
Which doesn't help me with getting snacky late at night {which happened tonight. i ate a bowl of icecream. but I DID eat a small bowl...} and then also with getting up and eating a good breakfast.
Luckily school starts in 2 days and that should fix that!
With the Hubs being a school teacher, he has to get up EARLY!
